GENERAL INFO

Problem

We aim to create a comprehensive overview in an initial approach for the online hairdressing school's digital solution.

Task

We address various aspects such as benchmarking, brand image creation, naming, website development, and valuable content through social media to boost the brand and quickly establish a distinctive position.

Project

Sansón is born as a Lean project aimed at enhancing the possibility of training in a technical and artistic profession, offering an online solution for all those individuals who dream of pursuing a career in hairdressing but do not have access to a specialized training center nearby. The goal is to create a strong brand that simultaneously achieves rapid conversions and positioning.

  1. First Steps

First, a benchmark practice is conducted. This serves us to establish reference points and identify strengths and weaknesses of the competition.

I also perform exercises like the empathy map, which help me put myself in the shoes of my client and establish goals and priorities.

  1. I define a value proposition to have our company's principles clear.

Our value proposition is the opportunity to learn hairdressing from home with a certified online course.

Acquire skills, discover the secrets of experts in the market, and specialize in this exciting field to express your creativity.

Open doors to the job market with high-quality and flexible training that adapts to your needs, saving you time and money.

Cultivate your passion for hairdressing and land the job you've always desired

  1. We support what's learned with creativity to give it more strength..

Brief definition of the page's style based on research and the brand image we want to convey:
